TALM
The Spa at Le Coucou has partnered with the purpose-driven brand Talm, founded by Kenza Keller, to offer treatments specially designed to support women from the very first moments of motherhood. Created to combine effectiveness, safety, and sensory pleasure, Talm’s certified organic products, safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, enhance two new wellness rituals: the prenatal massage, with gentle, enveloping movements that ease tension in the back, legs, and feet; and the postnatal massage, designed to restore skin elasticity, relieve breastfeeding-related tension, and support a gentle recovery.
LE COUCOU RESET EXPERIENCE
On January 2nd, 2026, experience an evening of wellness focused on breath at Le Coucou Méribel’s spa, exceptionally open at night under the first year’s full moon.
Guided by conscious breathing practitioner Bibo by Nana, discover the breath as a golden thread connecting body and mind, calming the thoughts, improving sleep, and opening intuition.
This moment is designed to start the year with presence and intention, immersed in the energy of the first full moon of 2026, a symbol of revelation and renewal.

The Pools
The two pools, indoor and outdoor, are an extension of each other, separated only by a bay window.
Surrounded by arcades, the indoor pool seems to continue outwards in a stunning trompe-l’oeil effect. Facing the snow-capped mountains, there’s no better way to relax tired muscles. The fir trees as far as the eye can see, the pure mountain air, the satin feel of the water on your skin – everything invites you to soothe your body and soul.
THE FITNESS AREA
Divided into two sections, the fitness room boasts a spectacular view over the valley, giving the impression of being in the middle of nature from the comfort of Le Coucou. A unique sensation that’s sure to boost performance! The first room is dedicated to fitness, with several Technogym® machines and all the necessary sports equipment, including a boxing bag.
In the other part of the gym, a KinesisTM, a rowing machine and a space dedicated to personalized pilates and yoga classes. A coach is available on request for any specific requirements.
